Other Details to Note

😎 What’s Punta Blanca, Bay Islands all about? Punta Blanca is one of those quieter corners of Roatan where things feel a bit more untouched and laid-back compared to the busier West End and West Bay areas. It’s mostly residential with a mix of vacation homes and locals, so you’ll notice fewer crowds and more open coastline. The big draw here is the easy access to reefs right offshore, which makes snorkeling and kayaking feel like part of your daily routine. You’ll likely want a car since restaurants and larger grocery stores are a bit of a drive, but that’s part of the appeal—you get a more unplugged, low-key island experience while still being within reach of the livelier parts of Roatan when you want them. 👋 Meet your hosts We're devoted to ensuring your stay is as comfortable and memorable as it can be! We live close by and care deeply about this home so rest assured this property is well maintained and cared for. We’re honored to host your group and hope you enjoy this property as much as we do! ✓ Family owned and operated ✓ Fast response times ✓ Professionally cleaned ✓ Local management team ✓ Seamless check-in and check-outs ✓ Timely resolutions of issues or concerns ✓ Neighborhood recommendations offered Should you have any questions or needs, we're a message away. We look forward to welcoming you to our home! 💛 Mark 💡 Other things to note ✓ The casita is multi-level with stairs between spaces, including access to the plunge pool deck and dock. ✓ The area is more secluded, so most dining, groceries, and activities are a short drive away. ✓ Dock access involves several hillside steps, but the snorkeling and views are well worth it. ✓ Our concierge is a wonderful part of our team and is available to plan any and every part of your stay including airport shuttles, excursions, cooking, cleaning, groceries and more!

Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Within about a half-mile, you’re in a quiet, residential part of Punta Blanca where it’s mostly vacation homes, a few long-time locals, and not much commercial activity. It feels tucked away compared to the busier parts of Roatan, with more open coastline and fewer crowds. You’ll notice a slower pace here—people spending time outdoors, fishing, or enjoying the water. There aren’t many shops or restaurants right nearby, but that’s part of the charm—it’s more about unplugging, enjoying the ocean, and having a bit more space to yourself.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive, private access to the entire casita unit, including the full kitchen, private laundry, and the dedicated plunge pool and grill deck. Your host will greet you at the property upon arrival. One shaded parking space is reserved for you. Access to the shared water-access dock is included.

Find us

Getting around here is pretty straightforward, but you’ll definitely want a car if you plan to explore the island or grab groceries regularly. Most attractions, restaurants, and larger stores are a 15–40 minute drive depending on where you’re headed, like French Harbour or West End. Taxis are available but not as frequent in this area, so they usually need to be arranged ahead of time. You’ll have a reserved parking spot at the property, which makes coming and going easy once you’re settled in.
