Respectful behavior is expected at all times ​ Cleanliness & Care Please leave the home in the condition you found it. Use coasters and placemats to protect surfaces . No eating or drinking on upholstered furniture or beds. Any spills should be cleaned immediately to avoid damage. Amenities Use Pool hours is open for your use however please be respectful of noise after 11 pm. No glassware near pool areas, plasticware is provided. Towels provided for the pool should remain outside. Beach lounge chairs are available on first come, first serve bases. Please remove items when not in use. Kayaks are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please be respectful of other guests on the property when using them. Pets Pets are welcome only with prior approval. No pets on beds or furnishings. A non-refundable pet deposit may apply. ​ Noise & Respect Quiet hours: 11 pm till 7 am Please be mindful of neighbors and avoid excessive noise at all times. Music should be kept to a moderate level. ​ Smoking & Vaping Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside of the home. Any violation will result in an additional deep-cleaning fee of $500+. ​ Damage & Safety Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. Guests are liable for any loss, breakage, or damage to property or content. Do not move furniture or decor items, excluding pool area loungers. Security and Privacy Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Security cameras are in use on the exterior only for safety purposes. Please do not tamper with the Wi-Fi equipment. Punta Blanca is one of those quieter corners of Roatan where things feel a bit more untouched and laid-back compared to the busier West End and West Bay areas. It’s mostly residential with a mix of vacation homes and locals, so you’ll notice fewer crowds and more open coastline. The big draw here is the easy access to reefs right offshore, which makes snorkeling and kayaking feel like part of your daily routine.
